Nottingham Haul.

So I got some pretty fab things today, some could say I went a little over board with the gingham, but those people would be wrong.

These shorts are from the vintage shop WILD in Nottingham, they are so cute on! They caught my eye because of the adorable little pink stripes in the pattern! I've seen quite a few shops doing this style shorts for this season and I love being able to get on trend stuff at a much lower price!
The sunglasses are also from WILD, I spotted them while paying and just had to have them! The pink on them looks great with my hair.

I've been looking for a skort for agessss, but never found one I liked enough to buy! I got this one from Ark for the tiny price of £12.99! I loved the pattern and the fit is pretty good although the sizing on the labels was awful!

Praise the Lord- Hallelujah! Finally a pair of proper high waisted shorts! These little beauties are from Topshop £30.Most shorts which say they are 'high waisted' are normally to your natural waist which is above your hip bones as we were told by one of our tutors yesterday. These sit on my waist which is the fit i want! They are a little roomy on the back of the waist but I expect that as to fit my hips and bum.

I always walk past 'Beautiful U Hair & Beauty' when I go to Nottingham and see the 2 pots of Directions for £5 and now my hair is finally pink again I went and used this great offer! I wanted to get some Manic Panic too but its so expensive to buy in shops so I'm going to have a look online instead. These two colours are on the left 'Cerise' and on the right 'Flamingo Pink'.

And finally my new beauty...

For Christmas my friend Hannah got me a £20 Vivienne Westwood voucher as I love all things Viv, and today I finally spent it! I bought this gorgeous little bracelet. I've been looking at getting a Viv bracelet for a while and only wanted a simple one, although today I was drawn in by her Harp range but went for a more classic one instead.

Pinkness Of The Day.

Me and Will went to Nottingham shopping today, basically a chance for me to drag Will round all the shops I like while he holds all my stuff. I really loved today's outfit so I'm sharing a few photos with you lovely people. I took these photos after shopping as I didn't have time this morning so I look a little more messy than at the beginning of the day! I wanted these photos to be a little bit more 'fun' as I don't take what I wear too seriously so I don't think you should take me too seriously either!
I wore this outfit with my pink ASOS Molly shoes and my Dorothy Perkins Leather Biker Jacket.

This is a full circle skirt that I'm wearing, it was my mamma's friends underskirt for her wedding which she tried to dye red but it went pink. It's too long for me so I pull it up as if it was a dress and put a black vintage style belt on to give it a waist.

spinning around...

I finished this look with my cropped Topshop jumper, Irregular Choice bag & Vivienne Westwood Jewellery.

I will be doing a 'haul post' on what I bought today to follow this one...

Keeping warm.

Winter warmers are an obvious must in this weather! And I loved my outfit from yesterday, so I thought I'd share it with you lovely people. My outfit consisted of a grey knit dress from new look that has little velvet roses on, my great mamma Ruby's faux fur coat and my ted baker fluffy headband. Here's a few photos:

Clothes show!

So we went to the clothes show with college last week, it was crazy. The beauty area was amazing, so many makeup brands and hair stuff. I spent about £30 in the first ten minutes! Which I don't regret at all! First of all we went to models own where you got 5 nail varnishes for £10, and you got a free goodie pack! Then to bare minerals, I got the starter kit which is meant to be about £40 which I got for £20 that has loads in, 2 foundations, a bronzer, a setting powder, a concealer, a concealer brush, and two different face brushes- BARGAIN! I was a little disappointed with the clothes stalls, for me it was alright because they had a few nice vintage ones but most of the others were like crappy market stalls, or slutty dresses. We went to the main show which was great and we went to see this years Top Models do their thing! My favourite was Angel she's so adorable! I got a 80s velour black dress! I'm talking proper 80s, off the shoulders, rosette in the middle 80s dress! A pink spotty dress which is adorable, and a blouse that is circus themed with an elephant and a seal on!! Pastely adorableness!! I also got some sleep in rollers, sparkly of course! They're pretty good, I got free hairspray and a round brush, all this for only £10!

Here's some photos!

New Buys.

So today me and mum went to Nottingham shopping, and I got quite a few lovely things. My first buys of the day were a pair of shoes from River Island, they were in the sale for £25 down from £45! I'd say that they were a great bargain, I tried them on in brown and black but went with the black cause hey black goes with everything. I like them because they're not a boring court shoe and have nice details on them. My next buys were socks and shorts from Topshop(which I bought with birthday vouchers and only spent in money 70p!) the socks were 3 for £9 and the shorts were £15. The embellishment on the shorts is really cute and the shorts seem like they will be a easy staple piece to wear. I also bought a vintage skirt from A Vintage Obsession, which fits so perfectly. It's tartan which I love, tartan is my favourite autumn/winter pattern. So heres a few photos...

College Bag.

I start college tomorrow! I'm going to Chesterfield to do a Fashion and Clothing course, which I'm getting really excited about. so I thought I'd show you what's in my college bag. I got my bag in the Fred Perry sale for such a bargain, absolutely love it! It's huge and I've been using it as a weekend bag but we were told we'd need a huge bag for college so its perfect.

It's only got a few of the 'everyday' bits and bobs in on this, I've also got to take 2 large lever binder thingys so its gonna be pretty full!

This is a Pattern Master, its for drawing patterns and measuring (not quite sure how you use it yet, but hey ho!)

I hate boring notepads and ones that everyone will have so I bought a plain black wilkos one and decorated it with some pictures from some magazines that I liked, think it looks pretty cute! Need to do my other one still though.

I'm using the same pencil case as last year, its Liberty& Hello Kitty and I love it!

We have to take a 'toolbox' to put sewing equipment in and I don't have one of those and this is a bit more me, so it'll do the job!

Inside the box!

My Student Diary I was given with all the important dates.

And lastly some sketching pencils, have coloured ones too but they're in the pencil case.

Bit of a different post but, thanks for viewing!xo
