ASOS Delivery!

I love a good ASOS delivery and especially when I had taken advantage of their 50 items offer the other day! I had been looking at these trousers after I had bought my other wide leg trousers, and loved the sweet floral print on them, the top was the one the model on the website was wearing and I loved how it looked so went for that too.

These trousers are a different texture to my other ones, they're heavier material but I imagine they would still be quite cool to wear in warm weather. Again I love the fit of these trousers! I have always been so against trousers but I am loving trying out new styles! The top is a really comfy top, its quite oversized so it's baggy which gives the trousers a bit more of a casual look but is still nice enough to be worn as a dressy top.

Here's a photo I posted my Instagram:

Cheeky Nottingham Trip.

So yesterday college told us that today was going to be a training day, so as fashion students we all decided day off means shopping day!

We went on the train this morning at 10 and got home at 5 so it's been a long shopping day and my feet are killing, especially as I've worn my Swedish Hasbeens! And it's been so warm today! I didn't have to wear tights or a jacket!

To be honest there wasn't really much that I liked in most of the shops, which was a bit disappointing. But I'm really happy with the things I did get which makes me happy.

I bought a cute little stripy crop top from Zara which will be great for a casual summer outfit. The skirt I've had my eye on for a couple of weeks and today I couldn't resist buying it! I love it so much, it's so folky and boho, the top gives it a Spanish feel to the outfit, which is a summer look that I really love. Off the shoulder tops are great for summer!

Love this pattern!

Nottingham Haul.

So I got some pretty fab things today, some could say I went a little over board with the gingham, but those people would be wrong.

These shorts are from the vintage shop WILD in Nottingham, they are so cute on! They caught my eye because of the adorable little pink stripes in the pattern! I've seen quite a few shops doing this style shorts for this season and I love being able to get on trend stuff at a much lower price!
The sunglasses are also from WILD, I spotted them while paying and just had to have them! The pink on them looks great with my hair.

I've been looking for a skort for agessss, but never found one I liked enough to buy! I got this one from Ark for the tiny price of £12.99! I loved the pattern and the fit is pretty good although the sizing on the labels was awful!

Praise the Lord- Hallelujah! Finally a pair of proper high waisted shorts! These little beauties are from Topshop £30.Most shorts which say they are 'high waisted' are normally to your natural waist which is above your hip bones as we were told by one of our tutors yesterday. These sit on my waist which is the fit i want! They are a little roomy on the back of the waist but I expect that as to fit my hips and bum.

I always walk past 'Beautiful U Hair & Beauty' when I go to Nottingham and see the 2 pots of Directions for £5 and now my hair is finally pink again I went and used this great offer! I wanted to get some Manic Panic too but its so expensive to buy in shops so I'm going to have a look online instead. These two colours are on the left 'Cerise' and on the right 'Flamingo Pink'.

And finally my new beauty...

For Christmas my friend Hannah got me a £20 Vivienne Westwood voucher as I love all things Viv, and today I finally spent it! I bought this gorgeous little bracelet. I've been looking at getting a Viv bracelet for a while and only wanted a simple one, although today I was drawn in by her Harp range but went for a more classic one instead.

Birmingham.

On Saturday I went to Birmingham with sue, we went especially to see the Illamasqua 'drop in masterclass' which sadly I wasn't too impressed with but we did get to do some shopping! I bought a 'setting powder' which is like an illuminating power from MAC in their current collection in the colour 'perfect topping' as I've started to do a slight contour in my makeup and wanted something to brighten up my cheeks a little. I've got to say I was a little disappointed in Forever 21 this time, although I did end up buying a midi summer dress and a necklace. There just didn't seem to be much spring clothes in, it seemed very jumbled and a little tacky sadly. I got a cute dress in the Zara sale for £13, I call it my Wednesday dress as it's a little bit Wednesday Addams. Lastly I bought some underwear from Ann Summers as we spotted they had an offer on Knickerbox bras 2 for £25, bargain! The pants were on 2 for £12 too and when you spent £50 you got £10 off! Talk about your savings! Of course we bought some Krispy Kremes too!

Here's some photos-
