Outfit, Hair & Makeup of the day!

So I'm quite liking todays outfit, and hair, and makeup. I was going to do a little picture tutorial on how I did the makeup but the photos came out pretty bad so I'm not posting them. Today's dress is my lovely Topshop autumny flowery dress, which I think is a bit 1950's tea dress-ish. I've also used a different foundation today which is Urban Decay's Naked Foundation (got a free sample so thought I'd give it a go) its a really nice foundation, it's quite watery yet gives a flawless natural finish. I used my Illamasqua eyeliner gel and brush to do my eyeliner flicks again, I can't believe how much easier using an angled brush and gel is to using a pen! Anyway here's some photos!

My November.

So I thought I'd do a little post on my month, November has been pretty good really and looking back its been so busy! It started with the Halloween party(as this was on the 1st)

Me& Will had our autumny day, sad to see autumn going now but I love winter!

Me& my lovely Sue had a girly shopping day in Derby, went to Pizza Express& did some shopping.

& that night we went to a party at Charlotte's where I wore my new dress.

I went to a bonfire with Will's family, I love fire. I love taking photos of fire and just watching it, it's so beautiful the colours and shapes, how it moves.

I got a flower crown! At long last, its so pretty its from @stephanieveraftercrowns

This month also brought along mine and Will's anniversary! I cant believe that we have been together for a whole year! We went to the Indian and got all dressed up. It was so lovely.

I also had my mad few days in going to gigs, been out for a few dinners with Sue, went to the Brownie Christmas Bazaar(im a brownie helper, and training to be a leader) went to Manchester with college for a UCAS fair and did some cheeky shopping, went to my town's Christmas light switch on& a few other things too. Pretty busy right?!

Autumn.

So autumn is officially here with its falling leaves and beautiful colours, personally I love autumn you get to wear jumpers and on clear days everything looks so lovely and rich in colour. In autumn I love to go out and take photos of the changes, this is something I've been doing on and off for a while as me and mum used to take photos of the changes through the seasons. Today me and Will went on a little walk, as we did last year when we had just started seeing each other, which is another reason I love this season as it has lots of good memories. In autumn I try my best to wear 'autumnal colours' like browns and burgundy, which I don't really wear much of normally. I have recently found one of my dad's scarf which I may have now claimed as my own as it is so gorgeous, it's Hugo Boss and is such a lovely colour and is amazingly soft. Here's a few photos from my day...

Also last week we went on a trip to Chatsworth with college and I got some pretty nice photos so I thought i'd share them too...

New Buys.

So today me and mum went to Nottingham shopping, and I got quite a few lovely things. My first buys of the day were a pair of shoes from River Island, they were in the sale for £25 down from £45! I'd say that they were a great bargain, I tried them on in brown and black but went with the black cause hey black goes with everything. I like them because they're not a boring court shoe and have nice details on them. My next buys were socks and shorts from Topshop(which I bought with birthday vouchers and only spent in money 70p!) the socks were 3 for £9 and the shorts were £15. The embellishment on the shorts is really cute and the shorts seem like they will be a easy staple piece to wear. I also bought a vintage skirt from A Vintage Obsession, which fits so perfectly. It's tartan which I love, tartan is my favourite autumn/winter pattern. So heres a few photos...
