A New Discovery! (Updated!)

I have made a fantastic discovery! I am very behind in making this discovery, but I have found that I am in love with disco pants! They are not only the comfiest things I have ever worn, but they look great on! oh and you can dance and not worry about flashing your pants!

I wore my black pair last night with my missguided top, of course with my chunky heels. So here's some photos from the party and what my lovely friends wore;

I've also ordered two more pairs too! A hot pink pair and a light greeny blue pair!

Update...

So i wore my amazing bluey greeny ones on Saturday, styled pretty much the same as the black but instead of a white high neck i wore a simple black one.

So shiny and comfy!

Wedding Attire.

On Saturday night we went to wedding, always the perfect excuse to get all dressed up! So I'd ordered a new dress, it was the first time I'd ordered from Misguided to say how much the dress cost it's really really nice! I love the colour, shape and how it flows, the only downside was the fit really, when I tried it on the first time it was fine but when I put it on the night before the wedding the straps seemed too long and were making the front not sit quite right. It was an easily fixable problem really I just had to sew the straps a little shorter, which I'm guessing is because of my lack of boobs to hold it up.

My mums dress was from Asos, I really loved the colour and shape of her dress! We've both gotten into fake tanning this week and St Tropez is now our best friend! Jess' jumpsuit was from New Look.

Meadowhall Trip.

So I thought I'd do a little post on my shopping trip to Meadowhall today, the outfit I wore was quite 1950's inspired with the polka dot midi skirt and off the shoulder top, I also wore my Vivienne Westwood pearls and Swedish Hasbeens.

Me and Mum had planned to go to Meadowhall for my Illamasqua make over at Debenhams. The lady that did my makeup was really lovely, I asked her to do something that I couldn't do myself and that was different to my usual look. The makeup she did was quite amazing, really dark eyes using gel eyeliner as eyeshadow and using purple pigment and the Paranormal Palette, really defined brows, bright lips, blush, bronzer and foundation. Like I said it was amazing, but not so much on me. I felt quite uncomfortable in this much makeup, the eyes were too dark for my pale skin and made me feel like a panda/ drag queen. The brows were completely different to how I've ever done them and I felt they changed the shape of my face. I love Illamasqua makeup and it was a great experience but I don't think that amount of makeup is for me! I did love the ombré lip she gave me and bought the 2 colours she used 'Glisade' and 'Soaked' from the Glamour Collection which I've had my eye one for a while.

I also bought a pink flowy cami top from River Island for £10, and these amazing trousers from Zara for £19.99. I might actually wear these together as I love the combo!

Thanks for viewing lovelies xo

Pin Up Inspired Makeup.

On Friday my outfit, hair and makeup was pin up inspired. For this look I did a pretty basic flicked eye liner, matte skin, defined brows and red lips, the makeup I used was mainly Illamasqua with my YSL lipstick. I did these cheeky morning selfies for the Illamasqua's #imtheone competition,  hence the rollers left in, I didn't go to college with them in I promise! So here's a few cheeky shots, my shirt is from topshop and the skirt which you can't see if from forever 21.

Birmigham Haul.

So me and Beth went to Birmingham on Saturday and did lots of shopping in the Bullring! I got lots of new stuff so I thought I'd do a haul post for you lovelies. I got extremely excited when I saw Forever 21, I love it so so so very much! When we went to Dubai we went in lots there and from then I've been completely in love! I got 3 skirts and some undies, and was quite proud of myself for not buying everything in the two tonne basket I was lugging round the shop. I got a cropped tie shirt from topshop and a Christmas jumper (don't judge it was a bargain!) , a shirt I've been dreaming of for ages from Dr Martens, I got some pants from Boux Avenue, a YSL lipstick and lip liner from Selfridges because I couldn't contain myself and it was just so pretty! We had Italian in Selfridges and Krispy Kreme doughnuts ahhhhh doughnuts!! So here's from photos from Saturday and of my new things...

Directions colour- Flamingo Pink.

So the other day I was looking on the blue banana site and they're doing a blog off I guess I'd called it to win all 22 gorgeous shades of directions colour. I love bright hair and would love to experiment with some of the other great colours from directions. Currently I would say apple green is the colour I'm loving the most from them, it's so vivid and rich really the perfect green, although 'alpine' looks phenomenal. I used 'flamingo pink' when I've had pink hair in the past and again it really is the perfect pink! It's a hot pink that can look great as a colour flash or as an all over colour. My friend has used 'Atlantic blue' before and I couldn't believe how bright it went, a real stunning blue! I think if you an ombré look using carnation pink as the main colour fading to lavender and into lilac would look beautiful for a spring summer look. I've got admit I miss having red hair and would love to try the different shades that la riche have to offer, 'pillarbox red' and 'rubine' are my favorites of the red shades.

Here's some photos of my pink hair!
